Wilmar Sugar - Invicta Mil: Control Systems and Machine Safet Audit

Wilmar were concerned about the inconsistency of approach to control systems projects across the organization. AEP Elical were engaged to perform an audit on the project implementation for their most recent three projects to assist with developing a more consistent approach going forward. A Capability Maturity Model methodology was employed. The work was later extended to include development of a functional safety management plan, maintenance plan, and SIL verification/SIF testing intervals for Wilmar Invicta Mill Boiler Management System.
