CuDeco Rocklands Ore Feed System Engineering Support
AEP Elical was engaged to investigate the tertiary crushed ore reclaim and feed arrangement and an alternate (bypass) system and to provide a concept design for an interim feed arrangement. AEP Elical presented two concept designs with the aim of eliminating feed blockage events. These design factored in future anticipated growth in throughput as well as the time urgency of restoring operations.
AEP Elical completed asset integrity review of the Material Handling System (MHS) for the BHP Olympic Dam mine.

Feasibility study into the relocation of assets to allow open cut development in the area.
AEP Elical is excited to advise that it has recently started electrical, instrumentation and controls engineering for a surf lake for Surf Lakes Holdings. The design team includes ASPEC who are providing design management, civil, structural and mechanical engineering services. The project is located in Queensland at a site located midway between the towns of Yeppoon and Rockhampton. It is expected to be operational by mid 2023.
