Roger has over 25 years in the energy industry across power generation, electricity & gas wholesale markets, retail pricing and product development for commercial & industrial customers. His strengths include strategic and operational thinking as well as strong interpersonal skills acquired from developing energy contracts requiring input and collaboration across multi-disciplinary stakeholders.

He was involved with the commissioning and operation of a combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power station in South Australia before relocating to Melbourne as a wholesale market energy trader optimising the hedged electricity and gas retail position through orchestration of power generation portfolio consisting of coal fired power stations, CCGT, gas & diesel peakers and windfarm.

Roger’s commercial retail pricing and product development experience from the likes of Engie, Energy Australia and Origin Energy gives him a fundamental understanding of how renewables can be best positioned towards reducing large customers' energy cost and carbon emissions. He holds both a BEng (Electrical & Electronic, Hons) and a BCom (General Management).
