Engie - Hazlewood Mine: Arc Flash Study

AEP Elical completed an Arc flash study undertaken to assess the arc flash hazard of the existing mines electrical system from 22kV down to 415V. This study serves as a guide for electrical operators and others in the selection of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when operating and switching electrical equipment. It also highlights high risk areas to the client and provides information to them on sections of their electrical system that need to be improved.
