Gill Tetley

Principal Mechanical Engineer

Gill has over 45 years professional experience predominantly gained in heavy industry with an involvement in design, operations, construction and maintenance. Gill is an experienced manager with an emphasis on engineering design management.

Over the past 30 years Gill has been predominantly involved in the operation, design and maintenance of Process and Power Generating Plant, with an emphasis on Pressure Equipment, Boilers and Turbines, Calciners, Fluid Flow and Combustion in the Alumina and Cement Industries. Gill has led a number of major engineering design projects utilising his highly developed skills in plant operation and team development. Gill has been heavily involved in the Hazard Analysis, Process Safety and Risk Evaluation processes.

For the last 5 years Gill has predominantly been involved in with providing overview to the engineering aspects of project development within the Project Management Office of Rio Tinto and more recently AEP Elical.
